We want you to love your wig! If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns

- Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Free from odors, styling products, or alterations
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom wigs (tailored length, lace, or design) are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturer defect.

- Digital products (e.g., tutorials, courses)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Accessories like wig caps or glue (if opened)
💸 Refund Policy
Approved Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll receive an email update.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Partial Refunds
- May apply if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing components.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

- Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
