  • Custom wig orders may take 5–10 business days for preparation.
  • Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

We want you to love your wig! If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
    • Free from odors, styling products, or alterations
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom wigs (tailored length, lace, or design) are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturer defect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or altered wigs
  • Digital products (e.g., tutorials, courses)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Accessories like wig caps or glue (if opened)

💸 Refund Policy

Approved Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll receive an email update.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Partial Refunds

  • May apply if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing components.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo (if item is damaged/defective)
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
